Typical. Multiple interviews (6). Went from initial recruiter through senior level (director level). All virtual. Span over 4 weeks and ranged from 30 minutes to an hour. Spoke to people in both CA and IL and abroad.

Interview
I had a few interviews that went well. In the third interview, they said they wanted me to move to the next round and described the next interviewer in detail as well as what the rest of the process would look like. They said they’d reach out to schedule in a few days and then I never heard anything again. I followed up to check in and didn’t receive a reply. Totally understand that things may change, but a response would have been appreciated.
pathetic, unorganized, sad, uninformed, confusing and everything you want to never see in an interview. very misleading, they think they know everything and don't need any kind of help and expertise that is not to their liking.
