Very easy process, 30min screen call first with one recruiter with basic questions and then a 1hr in-person interview that goes over your experience and why you want to work there, received an offer right after later that day.

Why do you want to work in a call-center style environment?
The interview process was quick and easy and I knew where I was in the process the whole time. I had a phone interview and in person interview and then they called me with my offer.
