The interview process began with HR, followed by the Division Head, and concluded with the Group Head. The HR interview was fairly straightforward. I was asked to walk through my CV, with a few follow-up questions focused on my previous employers. The Division Head placed more emphasis on technical skills and asked in detail about the types of accounts I currently handle.
The final interview with the Group Head focused more on work preferences. He asked for my thoughts on the current work-from-home (WFH) setup. He shared that he personally reports onsite regularly and prefers his Relationship Managers to do the same, despite RCBC's ongoing WFH policy.
