I did about four interviews two in person and two on Google meets. Process moved pretty fast and got an offer about a month later. The on boarding process is also pretty simple, they are very good about reminding you to fill things out.

Interview
Was more focused on comparing what they have to offer with my current employer than ensuring that they will provide adequate support to stay BACB compliant. Labelled my questions as "anxious" and said that they're not used to RBTs asking about caseload for their BCBAs. I'm biased because I read a bunch of negative reviews before my interview but I was not impressed with their tone.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ro Health in Feb 2026
Interview
It was very easy and super conversational. Just be very honest and they go over different opportunities and offers. Super smooth and it was not bad at all. Phone interview took about 20-25 minutes.
