Interviewer was well-prepared but not upfront about one's chances at the company. Interviewer displayed unprofessional habits during interview, which was unsettling despite how knowledgeable and forward he was with information. Facade of friendliness can give other prospective employees the wrong idea. Does not easily get back to you. Going through a staffing agency made it much more difficult, but the process was simple, if not tedious when you were talked over a good majority of the time.
