      There was around 21 of us. The morning consisted of us having to pick an animal and present why we picked that animal to represent us. Then they gave a presentation on the department. We had a break and then was spilt up into different rooms to complete a quiz on the powerpoint. Then we got given a case study we had to work on

      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Bosch (Denham, South East England, England) in Feb 2016

      Interview

      Submit cover letter and CV (no preliminary testing) Invitation to assessment center with around 60 students, 30 on each day and split across 2 assessment days. Watch presentation on the company then engage in 2 activities on a rotating basis in teams of 8, then followed by a short Excel test (which almost everyone fails, including me) 2 activities include a sales task and a marketing campaign Not especially professional, a little chaotic at times. Around 10 will be sent home after a free lunch of dry sandwiches, the remaining will be put through rounds of interviews with different departments who have observed the morning activities and selected the candidates who they think might possess the skills to work with them.

      If you were an animal what animal would you be? What are your key strengths? What is your biggest weakness? What do you know about the company? Why do you want to work in marketing? What do you do in your spare time? A selection of competency based questions based on skills like: time management, problem solving, attention to detail.
