Interview
There are three phases of the interview process. First - talk on the Skype with people from HQ(director of the team and two product owners). Second - some coding challenge, not so hard, it can be done under 1.5 hours and in technology by choice. Third - interview with the same people from the first step but in person.

Question 1
There were a lot of questions regarding my CV, and what I did in the past projects. There weren't much technical questions. IT was much more like, would you like to do this and this, and how you feel about this and what are your plans for future career.
