The interview process was very relaxed. Out of college, they assess if your personality is a good fit as they understand you may not hold the technical knowledge required yet.

The interview process was very laid back. Each of the engineers I spoke with were easy to talk to and really care about their candidates. The interviews are informal and they really just try and get to know you as a person, rather than your technical abilities.
