They had a 2 part process when i was there. Not sure if it is the same or not now though. When i got there the owner was in and explained some of the company history and kind of how they got to this point. after that i did a one on one interview. During that interview they asked what i thought and why i would be a good fit, common stuff. After talking a little they invited me back for what they call a skill set. This was where i got to sit with a few different people and listen in on what they do. REALLY COOL! I've never been to a job interview where they let you almost do the job first before you decide.. This was really helpful and after listening i had a quick final interview, more of a q and a kind of thing. Then the next day they offered me the job and i started the following monday.
