Interview had good questions but some of the things there were looking for were somewhat of a red flag, "We don't want to show our members how to do things" or "We expect you to know and adapt to market trends". For a place like Robinhood to open their doors into supporting customers along with their business model, this just paints the picture that they dont know how to sustain/maintain their customer base. They want to provide low cost structure and then get completely hands off, apparently this follow suit when you work there, no support, high level attitudes. One other focus was the sport betting futures... prediction futures, they don't even have crypto down all the way and we are into sport betting futures now? what's the actual mission of Robinhood? Create a fair market for all or to have a Circus tent setup saying "We are the future of markets!".
