I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Robinhood (Denver, CO) in Jan 2020
Interview
Multiple calls, zoom interviews. Prolonged process, disorganized. Frustrating. This company can’t decide if it’s a startup or a financial services firm. I also have serious concerns about their business model for the long term.

Question 1
How would you push back against stakeholders? Why Robinhood?
Dry, impersonal, but well-formulated questions. There was not a lot of follow-through and while it was difficult to coordinate, it ultimately got scheduled. It seemed like the interviewer had read my resume ahead of time, which was at least a good sign, but they didn't have a lot of insight into the job I was interviewing for, so that was disappointing.
