At first, the interview process was great. There were multiple prep calls, texts, and emails. And then everything went south. The fact that I felt compelled to write this review a year later (after receiving a LinkedIn job alert in my inbox) should tell you everything. They essentially had 7 finalists put together decks outlining EVP and Denver launch strategy (two key priorities for 2020). Clearly no one was hired into the role, which leads me to believe that they simply stole the best ideas and implemented them. The rejection came via email (without a phone call out of respect for my time- comical) and no feedback was provided due to a “company policy.” And that was it. Shady at best. All I can say is that your experience is your brand, and I expected far better from Robinhood. It’s not hard to treat your candidates with respect. Remember: The experience is the brand. And all I can say is that whoever is hired into this role has their work cut out for them.
