Occasional interviews over a period of 2 months. It felt like they were unclear about the need for the role and that the company was just disorganized. Then again it was in high growth mode so it's understandable.

Scenario about how you would handle leadership, problem sovling
Applied online. After few weeks had call with the recruiter. The call was pretty quick and non-informative, recruiter could not answer specific questions about the role. Got a generic decline response few weeks after.
