I interviewed at Robins & Morton (San Antonio, TX) in Mar 2023
Interview
Very good and engaging. Overall expected of such a great company. The interviewer was very experienced and knew what she was looking for in a candidate. Answered questions catering to the candidate.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Robins & Morton (Miami, FL) in Jul 2021
Interview
The process was very simple, I interacted with the recruiter and spoke on the phone a couple times for preliminary phone interviews. Then I was scheduled for an in person interview. Both phone and in person interviews were very informal and personal. Simple questions about yourself. Nothing too corporate-y or "typical" interview questions.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, what got you into construction, what do you like to do for fun.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Robins & Morton (Birmingham, AL) in Feb 2018
Interview
It was intense but casual. When I say intense, I mean in regards to the fact that I was interviewed by probably 12 to 15 different people within the company at their corporate headquarters in Birmingham, AL. The interviewers were superintendents, project managers, division managers, and other department heads. It was casual in the sense that most of the questions pertained to my upbringing, family life, my values and who I am as a person. There was however one gentleman who picked my resume apart and had tons of very specific questions.
