Very open and engaging, with discussion about all aspects of Dietary Supplement manufacturing dosages and applications. This included: soft gels, liquids, cosmetics, tablets, hard-shell capsules, powders, and gummy processing and compliance. Met with the Owner/CEO/President. Warm dialogue, but detailed. Included the CFO/COO in the discussion, too.

Behavioral interview over teams with one manager. The process was about 30 mins long. Anne was fairly easy going and the interview was the only good part about the recruiting experience here.
