Took an OA. Pretty difficult leetcode style questions and some games (Roblox games and psychology based games to determine personality traits). I did not get through the initial online assessment.

Interview
I first was contacted by a recruiter on AngelList. After the recruiter phone screen- I was shared resources on Roblox and then directed to a Karat interview. Karat is a third-party service that Roblox uses to conduct their interviews and the interview is recorded and shared with the team.

Question 1
Karat questions were standard technical interview questions and prefaced by questions about my role/what I was actively working on. During my Zoom interview I was explained the role- the Trust and Safety team and Roblox and asked questions like why did I want to leave my current job, what I had been working on, why roblox and other behavioral questions.
One standard hr phone call then one 60 min phone screen. Nothing out of the ordinary. Phone screen was done on codesignal where you could see code compile and run
Interview consisted of two leetcode style questions and two "games" that tested problem solving and optimization. Coding questions were of medium/hard difficulty. The games were difficult as the instructions given were terrible and unintuitive.
