Very interesting! They provided three stages in the introductory assessment, two of which were Roblox games and a third which involved decision-making. The games were fun and went by fast, as for the third, it was a series of gamified behavioral questions where you had to select the best and worst response to a situation. There were about 30 questions in a short time span.

Lots of communication for interviewing and followup, no issues here. Helpful resources and interactions and was very comfortable overall. excellent process and enjoyable interview as well. Very involved but would be happy to do it again.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Roblox
Interview
There were many rounds, but everyone I interviewed with was so smart and enjoyable to talk to! My recruiter was also phenomenal -- incredible communication, speed, and kindness. I actually got rejected my first time but wanted to apply again because I liked the people at Roblox a lot. Excited to be joining the team soon!
