They first called to just informally chat, then we scheduled a sit down meeting at a local coffee shop. The interview was very informal, pretty much just seeing how personable and outgoing you are. All of the head staff are extremely nice, so just be yourself and don't try and be someone you aren't. We probably talked about interview questions for 20 minutes then the rest of the time chatted about whatever came to mind.
