The interview process requires 4 meetings and 1 lighting test. The entire process is professional and very ethical. They explained how the offices and studios functioned as well as how the hybrid system worked. Also how being onboarded will work assuming I would be offered the job and what steps are taken to properly fit in with the studio and team.
