Rockwell Automation interview questions

I would like to share my recent experience regarding a recruitment process that was extremely disappointing. I applied for a Product Manager position and received an interview invitation via email and WhatsApp from the Talent Acquisition team. I selected my preferred interview date and time through the scheduling platform, and received a confirmation of the phone interview appointment. On the scheduled interview day, I waited for more than 30 minutes but did not receive any call, missed call, or notification regarding any change. I also verified that my mobile line was working properly to rule out any technical issues. I reached out to the recruiter via email to clarify if there was any miscommunication. The response I received was simply “Will connect tomorrow”, without any explanation or apology. The following day, I followed up again to confirm the interview timing, but received no further response. I fully understand that unexpected situations may happen. However, a basic level of communication and respect for candidates’ time should always be maintained, especially by a Talent Acquisition team representing the company’s values and culture. I hope the organisation reviews its recruitment process and candidate experience practices. A professional hiring journey reflects the professionalism of the company itself.

It was about 2 hours with the engineering lead and a few other team members who would be my boss. It was nothing too crazy, just went over my resume.
