Interview
They are thorough and I appreciate that. The interviews were more like great conversations. Good people who care about bringing the right people in. Everyone asked thoughtful questions. You could tell they cared just as much about making a nice culture match as they did specific skill.

Interview
I reached out to the general HR email inquiring about Account Service roles. The HR Director immediately got back to me, requesting that I come in to meet with her a few days later. It went well, so she asked me to come back in to meet with the head of Account Service, which I did the following week. That meeting also went well...so they asked me back AGAIN to meet with a VP. My first two meetings were 1.5 hours each, the third was only an hour. It was honestly a lot to coordinate and likely VERY obvious to my employer that I was going on interviews. After all that, they confirmed they didn't have any openings at the moment, but wanted to get to know me so that they could pull the trigger as soon as something comes available.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Interview questions were fairly basic and focused almost entirely on previous experience. Tell me about yourself. Tell me about your work style, leadership style, office environment preferences, etc. We talked a lot about culture, too.
