Rogers & Cowan interview questions

The interview process was relatively simple, not too many steps. However, I did get a last minute creative challenge that I had to complete over the weekend (two days) and didn't have any options for when I wanted to complete it. I didn't get any reply until after I reached out a couple times (after they said they would get back to me) to find out I didn't get the offer. I asked for any constructive feedback on the project and never received any response.
