There was an aptitude test, which is kinda out of nowhere. Professional. asked about your five-year plan. I only did the first round, and the rejection came in fast, make sure to ask more questions, and do more preparations. very competitive, over 80 people for one position
Participate in multiple interviews with team members, 30 minute conversation with CFO, and 15 minute conversation with a senior leader. Complete a short writing and research assignment and an organizational exercise.

Interview
I was sent an aptitude test after applying, then I didn't hear from them again until two weeks later. I had a standard 15 minute phone interview, then was sent a two part assignment that I had to send back to them 90 minutes after receiving it. I got sent the rejection notice a week later.
