I applied in-person. I interviewed at Roland Berger (Tokyo) in Oct 2016
Interview
I had 4 individual interviews. Each of them lasted for an hour or so. First half was mainly case interviews and the remained hours were personal interviews. Case questions included Fermi problems. Personal interviews were pretty much basic ones.
I applied online. I interviewed at Roland Berger (Brussels)
Interview
I interviewed at Roland Berger (Stockholm, Stockholm)
Interview
1 screening-interview with a consultant, then 3 back-to-back interviews. These were with senior consultants, project managers, and principal. Last round is 2 partner interviews. Cases on all interviews with different difficulties.
Classic consulting interviews - fit, case and then questions
Last part is only 5 minutes but is a great way to bond with your interviewer, especially if you can relate on their experience - do not hesitate to highlight some of your qualities
