Applied with a consulting company. Invited for an interview with one HR and one Industrialization manager. The interview last one hour : 1- I had to describe my background (academics & Professional experience in a limited time) 2- General HR question about behavior and personality. 3- The manager then took the lead to assess skills in regards to the position.
