Roofr interview questions

The interview process involved four rounds, including recruiter and hiring manager meetings, a live pilot demo, and a culture interview with a few members of the team. The turnaround between each interview was quick and well coordinated. Any time you go through several rounds with a company there is an element of challenge. However, everyone I met from the team with was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Each interview had a clear agenda and direction which is also very helpful as a candidate. Overall a very positive experience.

To summarize: satisfied, efficient and transparent. I think those were the main themes that really attracted me towards Roofr. They have an exceptional People team, my first contact was Toni and being the first contact of a company, I couldn't ask for a better person to speak to. Along the entire interview process, everybody I met has drawn me more towards the company and actually feel so excited to work with the team!
