The interview process was an extremely pleasant experience, entirely. I applied online via LinkedIn on Sunday morning and the next morning a recruiter reached out to me via email to schedule an onsite interview for that Thursday afternoon. The following day he called me to discuss the hiring process and said I would know something by the end of the next week. The following Monday, he requested my references. Wednesday evening he called me to offer the position. Thursday morning I accepted the position. Everyone I have dealt with thus far has been truly professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most of all, timely. All questions and concerns were answered promptly and I never felt in the dark about anything. As for the interview process, I met with two transaction coordinators as well as the Transaction Manager, each individually, I was treated with the upmost respect and I felt a connection with the team immediately. When I left the interview, I knew at that time that I had found the company I wanted to be a part of, as well as the team I wanted to work alongside. I am confident in the future of the company and truly believe they will be a well known name, globally in the near future for the fin-tech/real estate industry. I am very impressed with their cutting-edge technological advances as well as their amazing company culture and high class employees.

I applied online via Roofstock’s website. I received an email requesting to reserve a time for a 30 minute interview. I did the interview and was told that the hiring manager was on vacation and would be back after a week. I received an email to schedule a time for the next step of the interview process. The person never emailed me nor called me back. I was completely ghosted by this person. Rather disappointing since I took time out of my day to speak with the person. I just wish my time was respected as well.
