Quick since they were looking to hire immediately . This made the interview process smoothe with no delay. There was a phone call, in person interview, and then a reference check to end the interview process.

One zoom interview, second interview in person. Same questions in both, felt a bit redundant. Both with the search committee. Assistant dean seemed disinterested in making an actual connection during the interview. Further interviews with dean and provost. Poor communication after the interview, had to follow up for a response.

short, to the point. no training. Employees are expected to learn independently while adhering to team policies and goals. More lucrative for company to hire inexperienced graduates for outreach campaigns rather than experienced at higher salary.
