I sent an email to the store after seeing a published job vacancy on their website. The following day I was asked to come in for an one on one interview.

Interview
The interview was straightforward, as it lasted about 30 minutes with mostly behavioural and situational questions. It was a single round, and the manager conducting the interview was friendly and approachable.

In what ways would you motivate your team to make day?
Two interviews, one with store manager one with district manager, fairly reasonable questions as they align with the job description. Inviting place to work, and they promote a good work environment

District manager conducted the interview and basically asked questions in regards to how I would handle customers who are being difficult and how I can contribute to the sales of the stores. Pretty basic questions on how you can lead a team!
