Rose International interview questions

01st round- the HR round confirming all the details from the resume before forwarding to the hiring manager. 2nd- The President & The Director of the company form the US- took 2nd round- asked about L&d and my work role etc- they are not Training Professional- so they checked how I would fit their organisation. 3rd- HR director from India- to inform the package etc. and then the release of offer.

I was contacted by a recruiter from Rose International regarding a Project Coordinator position. After sharing my resume as requested, I followed up multiple times but never received a response or update on my application status. The lack of communication felt unprofessional and left a poor impression of the company’s hiring process. Clearer follow-up or closure, even if not selected, would go a long way in improving the candidate experience.
