I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rosenberg & Associates (Bethesda, MD)
Interview
The interview process was smooth. Parking comes at a fee so be prepared. After coming to the 10th floor of the office building, I was greeted by the receptionist who was ever so friendly. The actual interview was about 30 minutes; inside the conference room.
2-3 rounds of interviews, first ones with HR/few members from the team, last one with Dave R. One write-up assignment about current economic conditions, and medium-term expectations about the Canadian economy
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Rosenberg & Associates (McLean, VA) in Dec 2016
Interview
I met with two people , two days after a phone screening. The interview went well. Very informative, and knowledge about the company. I liked the was the interview flowed, and Erica who is one of the HR Manger was interested in my future career goal, either within the company or in life. The only one shocker was , employees have to pay for parking, $95.00 a month. I would not have a issues with that in the parking lot was attached to the actual building. But hey i guess you can't have your cake and eat it too. Overall experience was Great, hopefully i will receive a call back.
