I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Rosina (West Seneca, NY) in Oct 2025
Interview
Absolutely unprofessional. No acknowledgement of receipt of application, and when I followed up at an open call job fair (held in their parking lot outdoors) I didn't get the promised call to discuss the position and my qualifications from the hiring manager whom I met. Absolute ghosting both online and in person. Low rent, low class

Question 1
So your resume has 18+ years of experience as a leader in L&D but in an adjacent industry, but you don't have any food manufacturing experience. More of a statement rather than a question. NOT how might your experience apply to our role? Not without the direct experience what could you bring to the table that is transferrable from your extensive background. Absolutely short sighted, then promised a call on the following Monday which never came. I shouldn't have been surprised. They likely elevated someone with little training experience off the line as training is often seen as a reward that is a promotion but not a people management one.
I applied online. I interviewed at Rosina (Cheektowaga, NY)
Interview
Applied through company website and was interviewed within a week. They made accommodations to work with my schedule. I found another job shortly after but do not have record that the position was filled or that I was declined for the position.

Question 1
Asked about strengths and weaknesses. Favorite and least favorite parts of HR in general.
Pretty simple and fair. Interviewed with several people and took a tour of the facility. Very informative. People that work there were friendly and happy. I would recommend to friends and family.
