I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ross IES (Hickory, NC) in May 2016
Interview
Applied to job posting online, was called a week later to schedule interview, met CEO and Regional Supervisor for interview at a local hotel as the company is based out of Michigan. They were very friendly and very proud of their company. I researched the company before the interview and I also have experience in case management which made the interview very standard and easy to answer. I was called back the same or next day and asked to complete an online assessment. This was the lengthy/hardest part of the interview process. After completing, I was offered and accepted the job the next day.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Ross IES (Beckley, WV) in Mar 2016
Interview
Arrived 15 minutes early for interview, only to wait 30 minutes to be called back. Met with a panel of 3, while one person specifically asked the normal questions; why should we hire you, what is your relevant experience, etc. As working as a case manager for more than 13 years, I found the interviewer very unprofessional. She was young(er), with a callous personality. I assessed the situation and wondered if the other two women on the panel noticed how rude she was. She asked what I knew about the company and the position, yet she had never told me who the company was with or what the position consisted of. Very strange!! I could only think that this person was from a corporate location, and felt as if the rural area was inferior to her. I would suggest before contracting services to train the communities; you should first train those who are the face of the company.
