I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ross Stores (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
I applied online and heard back within 2 weeks. I had a phone interview with HR and she seemed really nice. I made it to the second round at their corporate office. I met with the same HR lady first. She had asked the same questions she did over the phone, which I thought was pointless because I felt I was repeating myself. I talked to one of the VPs and she was the nicest one. She really made the interview run smoothly. After that interview I had another one with another VP. I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes because she was in the middle of eating her lunch. She seemed uninterested with what I had to say right from the beginning. They told me they would reach out in 2 weeks over the phone. 3 1/2 weeks passed and I called them and both calls went straight to voicemail. It wasn't until another week where the first HR lady told me they will not move forward with my application.
inpersonal, recruiter seemed like she did not want to be there, loud and noisy background. QUick interview boring behavioral questions. We reviewed my resume. Thats reall all. Werid skills tests and excel tests.

Interview
I went through and introduction interview, and was told that the main team lead was on vacation, but would go through formal interviews once they got back. I sent multiple emails in the coming month, even just to get an official NO. The job is still posted and I have never been contacted again.

Question 1
Why do you think you would be a good fit for this role?
The interview went ok but they never closed the loop with me/didn't tell me that they weren't going to proceed with me as a candidate. She asked me about the salary I wanted and seemed taken aback by what I asked for even though I don't think it was unreasonable.
