I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ross Stores (New York, NY) in Dec 2018
Interview
3 Rounds of interviews with different departments between children's, men's, women's. Allowed you to see the whole office and meet many different leaders. Each one had their own questions but pretty repetitive between explaining my education and experience. Would recommend this kind of interview to someone later in college with more education of the retail process

The interview went great! The recruiter made it as seamless as possible. I enjoyed our conversations and getting to know more about Ross as well as the buying program. It was an enjoyable process.

Interview
The woman who hired me wasn’t very nice or friendly at all. She tried to trick me at every question and didn’t seem all that interested. She didn’t have much to say about the job I was applying for as well.

I applied and scheduled a phone call with hr. Made it to second round in NYC with 3 back to back interviews with buyers. Asks 90% behavioral questions. Still waiting to hear back but everyone at Ross is super nice.
