I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Ross Stores (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2015
Interview
The hiring process was simple. I applied online which was pretty much just submitting a resume. Then I waited 3 days until I received a phone call asking me to come in that very same day. I had to wash my clothes so I asked for the next day and was giving an interview time for 10:00 a.m.

Question 1
I Was Asked When Was There a Time That I Had To Show My Leadership Skills?
The interview process at Ross Dress for Less consisted of meeting with a store manager to discuss my customer service experience, cash handling skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. I was asked situational questions about handling customers, teamwork, and resolving problems. The process was straightforward and focused on my availability, work ethic, and ability to support store operations
Fast and easy! They mainly asked about my previous work experiences and my availability. They also asked what great customer service is like to you and why I would be a good fit to the company.
I was interviewed over the phone and than asked to come in person. So I could meet the team and talk to them. It wasn't too hard but it was kind of a waste as I didn't get a call back.
