Everyone is pretty friendly. The processes are a bit slow. It took me almost 2 months to complete the reference process. Most of the interview questions were behavioral and situational.

Describe a time you changed the process of a project in your previous position.
Started with an interview with a recruiter, where they described the job, and everything that entails it (benefits, salary, company culture, etc.). Followed by a behavioral interview immediately followed by a Excel interview.
