Applied online. Received a call about two weeks later. Standard 20 minute screen with a recruiter. Very personable. Received a writing assignment to complete over the weekend. Was invited to meet with manager and director for about 30 minutes each. Each is a veteran in the industry so their questions were industry related (versus the "tell me three things" or "what's your weakness?"). It was a great interview and they were friendly. I was then invited back in to meet my potential colleagues. I appreciated this part of the interview because it suggests the director and manager values input from their team. All went well. One of my colleagues was more intense than necessary. She came in with about 10-15 questions she clearly pulled from the internet and left no time for me to ask any questions. It was clear she was new and wanted to impress.
