I am disappointed in Rotary. I received an email shortly after applying to set up a phone interview. The HR/phone interview went well, and the HR person was very friendly. Only an hour after my phone interview, I received an email to set up a second interview.
Unfortunately, the second interview did not go as well and it took Rotary 2 weeks to follow up. I am disappointed to have been as flexible with them as I was and to not get a timely response back that I was no longer a candidate. Hopefully, they can let candidates know sooner about their hiring decisions so their hopes and time are not wasted.
