There’s applications process and then some assessments. There were 4 rounds of interview in total, with 2 interviewers for each round. It wasn’t very technical more about basic knowledge and how well you present yourself.
the assessment centre was quite difficult. they had me and 3 other guys in a teams meeting and we had to discuss and debate topics presented by the managing directors.
