Rotolo's Pizzeria interview questions

When I first walked in I was warmly welcomed by the manager. I was told that someone my age (16) isn’t normally hired for this position, because I can’t get a license to serve alcohol, but they were making an exception for me. I was honored. I felt like I was truly joining a family.

There was no interview for this position. I had a friend that worked there that helped me get the job. The manager asked if I had experience, which I did not.
