Phone and in-person interviews went well, got asked a start date and for references, then HR ghosted/gave fake updates. I finally withdrew from consideration via email – no one even responded.

Question 1
Online test required rating items from best to worst - including things like murder and torture of animals (!). It was so creepy, I almost considered withdrawing at that point. Why would you ask people things like that?
