Two part interview -
First part 30 minute online video call, where I was asked about my prior knowledge of Rough Trade and where the company sits within the music retail industry at large, as well as general questions such as why do you want to work for Rough Trade, your proudest achievement in retail and your skills in team management. Closing off with two questions about your favourite album of the prior year, and your favourite album of all time.
Second part more in depth, where I was given the task of creating a People Management Action Plan to be presented to a panel, specifically in how to build a positive and motivated team, fostering effective communication, and rectifying any people issues before they became a problem.
