I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rouse Asset Services in Jan 2025
Interview
The recruiter found me via Dice.
Interview Steps:
1. Initial call with the recruiter.
2. Technical interview with the Director of Infrastructure (algorithms task and system design) – positive feedback.
3. Technical discussion with the DevOps Manager – positive feedback.
4. Technical interview with a DevOps Engineer from the team (mix of DevOps and programming questions) – positive feedback.
5. Technical discussion with the Engineering Manager – positive feedback.
6. Technical discussion with the Director of Engineering – positive feedback.
7. Technical discussion with the CTO – no feedback.
Long and tiring hiring process with no feedback at the end. Everyone was friendly and professional, but the schedule was tough for me. All of the interviews started at the end of the workday in PST, and since I live in EST, one of them ended at 8:00 PM my time.
