2 interviews - first interview is to understand more about the candidate. Candidate is expected to have read up on the company and what they stand for(you will be asked which key values stand out to you and why) -second starts with an exam. they ask you more scenario questions to see your approach to customer service. Salary expectations will be asked. 2 interviewers 1 exam -If you are technical, this will mainly be based on the basics of electrical/electronic engineering(level 3 standard).
