The written application and test was fun and informative about what I would be working with and who the company is personality wise.
The in-person interview was thorough, friendly, and informative. I learned a lot about my position, Rover, and had the opportunity to provide a little bit about my self.
The only portion of the interview process that I was not as impressed with was the phone interview. The phone interview consisted of two different phone calls with mock call situations. The first one went well but I was caught off guard with the "negative" mock call. The first agent gave me the heads up that I would get another call, but the second call ended abruptly in a mock "hang-up" fashion. The only problem I had was I was not prepared for the second call to end before I knew whether or not I was getting another call or if there was anything else anyone needed from me.
