Sight-read a chart over the phone. Nothing very complicated but standard material you would read on the ship. If you are comfortable with big-band or pop horn section work, then you will feel very comfortable.

My interview was only with my agent, cause company works only with agencies. I sent him demo video with 5-7 songs different genre and characters, also sent him our playlist
