Be prepared for the ghosting process. I've done quite a few interviews with other companies and this took the cake for unprofessionalism. Did an HR round, then the hiring manager round. I was told to complete a case study. But after sending it , I waited a week until I got the generic "we regret to inform you...". If you already had someone in mind for the job, why make me spend my weekend completing a case study? Absolutely waste of a time interviewing here.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why Royal Caribbean? Will you need relocation assitance?
Very quick, but ultimately didn’t get a callback when I indicated I needed flexible hours. Standard interview process - asked about my background, precious employment, why I wanted to work there, what motivates me
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Royal Caribbean Group in Feb 2017
Interview
Talked to a recruiter at my schools career fair. Was able to land an on campus interview followed up by a phone interview the following week. The woman I interviewed with on campus was very friendly and straightforward. The two people who interviewed me over the phone were not rude by any means, but right off the bat sounded disinterested.
