Interview
They will invite you for an open house and by process of elimination a certain number of applicants will remain for the final interview. They will call your name one-by-one. Once you passed it, they will send you to a different room. They will have a roll call for another set of interview this time with a panel. After a series of questions they will send you to another room again for the final interview. Once you get it, they will ask you for your availability and schedule.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Royal Caribbean Group (Miami, FL) in Dec 2010
Interview
Applied online. It about a month for a call for interview. You are interviewed with a large group of people were they ask you multiple questions. It was a bit nerve racking because you are answering questions in front of 20-30 people who are interviewing for the same position. Once you get passed the first phase of the interview then they are breaking you down into smaller groups. If you get passed the first phase its a good chance that you have made the cut.
