I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Royal Caribbean Group (Miami, FL) in Mar 2021
Interview
Long interview process, months before hire was completed. Great culture, not a fan of management. They should also provide more flexibility for WFH. The company can be pretty cheap about certain things yet splurge on others and higher management. Overall, was an okay experience.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Royal Caribbean Group (Miami, FL) in Feb 2023
Interview
I was required to do 4 interviews and then an in depth creative project to help build an establishment only to be ghosted after presenting my work to the hiring team on the 5th interview. Insanely unprofessional interview process and I’ve been hearing rumors they steal your ideas once they ghost you after having done the project and giving them your intellectual property. I’d rank this one amongst one of my worst interview experiences ever and I hope the allegations are false or else they deserve several lawsuits.

Question 1
The hard part of the interview was the project. Then presenting to the team was strange because half of the people on the call were not mentioned beforehand, didn’t have their videos turned on and didn’t say anything. They also provided zero feedback after my last interview and completely ghosted me.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Royal Caribbean Group in Nov 2018
Interview
Interview process was straightforward and Interviewers were friendly. The conversation and questions was mostly around how much does the candidate know and if there is willingness to learn unknown areas. Proactiveness and Positive attitude were greatly appreciated.
